As a well experienced educator, leader, and schools' evaluator, I bring over 40 years of expertise in the field of education, from working internationally and in the UK. I've held various senior roles, including head teacher in the UK and principal of a large regional school in Sri Lanka. I've also worked as an Ofsted inspector and lead inspector for British Schools Overseas, evaluating schools across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
My expertise spans curriculum development and implementation, assessment and evaluation, teacher training and development, leadership, and management, and TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). I've worked with governments, educational institutions, and organizations in numerous countries. As a Senior Teacher for Primary and Early Years with the British Council in Sri Lanka, I made significant changes to the teaching of reading, curriculum provision, and assessment.
As a consultant, I've advised and trained teachers in Cambodia, Egypt, Oman, and Sri Lanka, further expanding my global reach. My passion lies in empowering students, teachers, and institutions to reach their full potential, and I strive to make a lasting impact in the world of education.
