Each section has its own activity room where students are trained for curricular and extracurricular activities such as music, dance, drama, art etc.
Our FS indoor play areas feature a diverse range of attractions, ensuring every child finds something there that suits his / her interests and helps develop his / her motor and social skills.
ICT provision is embedded within all teaching and learning with intelligent panels in all classrooms and well-equipped computer labs. These excellent resources are all aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching and learning within school. The school encourages BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for students.
Our large and comfortable library ensures that is pleasantly furnished and provides an impressive array of fiction and non-fiction books and resources including online databases, maps, periodical journals, newspapers, and educational videos. Students are provided with regular access to the library. Fostering development of life-long learning, research skills and a love for reading.
Fully equipped Physics, Chemistry and Biology Labs facilitate pupils to hone their investigative skills and develop scientific enquiry.
A half Olympic-size swimming pool facility will be made available from term 2 of the AY 2024-25. The swimming pool is fitted with a temperature control system to maintain ambient water temperature for students to use all year round. It also has separate changing rooms and shower facilities for boys and girls to ensure privacy, security, and safety of our students. The access to the swimming pool is controlled by the access control system.
We have 2 fully equipped clinics with MOH approved nurses. Besides the nurses who remain on the campus throughout the working hours, the school also has a contract with a licensed doctor who visits the school once a week. Periodical medical check-ups are carried out to ascertain proper growth and health of the students. First aid facilities are always available to the students and emergency transport provided to rush a child to the hospital in case of emergency.
There are 2 prayer rooms on the campus. One for boys and the other for girls.
A spacious and well-maintained playground is available to students to play various outdoor games. There are smaller outdoor play areas each for the primary and FS sections.
Guidance and counseling support is provided to students at all levels. Besides providing intervention to students with varying developmental difficulties, support services and counselling are provided to students in case of emergencies.
Resources for PE are stored in the PE room. All students have regular PE periods integrated into their weekly timetable.
Procedures are underway to set up the canteen and with healthy snacks, drinks, and juices available for students as permitted by the Ministry of Health and Sharjah Municipality.
Transport has been outsourced. The school transport department personnel work closely with the provider to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of our students. In each vehicle the bus attendant ensures safe boarding and drop-off of every student. Transport facilities are available to the emirate of Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai.
To monitor cleanliness and to safeguard the health of our students and staff, the school has outsourced ‘TRUMAX’. Their staff and supervisor make sure that all the external and internal areas of the campus are ‘spic and span’ around the clock.
